This Refund Policy applies to all Digital Products purchased from furnituredesignassets.com, operated by CKing LLC. Because our products are downloadable digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, this policy is designed around the nature of digital goods rather than physical merchandise, and forms part of our Terms of Service<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1. Eligible for a Refund<\/h3>\n

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:<\/p>\n

\u2014 The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open in the software format specified on the product listing.
\n\u2014 The product delivered is materially different from what was described or shown on the product listing (for example, missing a component explicitly listed as included).
\n\u2014 You were charged more than once for the same order due to a processing error.<\/p>\n

2. Not Eligible for a Refund<\/h3>\n

Except as described in Section 1, digital purchases are generally final once the files have been downloaded, because the product cannot be “returned” in the way a physical good can. Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind after downloading a file that matches its listing; incompatibility with software or hardware not stated as a requirement on the product listing prior to purchase; buyer’s remorse regarding artistic style, level of detail, or subjective design preference that was reasonably represented in the listing images and description; or violation of the applicable license terms (see our Terms of Service<\/a>, Section 3), which may instead result in license revocation without refund.<\/p>\n

3. How to Request a Refund<\/h3>\n

To request a refund, email support@furnituredesignassets.com<\/a> with your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue (including screenshots or error messages where applicable, for technical issues such as a corrupted file). We aim to respond to all refund requests within two business days.<\/p>\n

4. Review and Processing<\/h3>\n

We review each request individually. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 5\u201310 business days depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times. Where a refund is issued, your license to use the associated Digital Product is revoked, and you agree to delete any downloaded copies and remove the asset from any active projects.<\/p>\n

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes<\/h3>\n

If you believe you were charged in error or are dissatisfied with a purchase, we ask that you contact us directly at support@furnituredesignassets.com<\/a> first so we can resolve the issue promptly \u2014 most requests are resolved faster this way than through a card dispute. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may delay resolution and, where a purchase is later found to comply with our stated policies and license terms, may result in suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute.<\/p>\n

6. Order Cancellations Before Delivery<\/h3>\n

Because Digital Products are typically delivered immediately upon successful payment, cancellation prior to delivery is generally not applicable. If you contact us within a reasonable time and your download has not yet been accessed, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n
